the structure of creators and consumers has collapsed into itself. turning into a celebrity used to be a hierarchy system of merit. and not even then! it's crazy because now you have to be lucky, privileged, and still... people gather around the very few people who have found success on youtube. and then some people could go so much farther. but they stay behind to cater to the same audience they had 5 years ago.
